Ch-Ch-Changes: PenVine Takes on Disruptive Robotic Process Automation Industry

Our team was fortunate enough to experience the birth of the outsourcing industry – to help it form with the introduction of a new technology category “ASP,” to fuel its evolution and segmentation across vertical markets into BPO, product development outsourcing, near shoring and offshoring.  And as we continue to broaden and fine-tune our domain expertise, PenVine is taking on the task of helping to promote one of the most disruptive changes to outsourcing today: Robotic Process Automation.

We are pleased to announce we have been tapped by The Institute for Robotic Process Automation (IRPA) as PR Agency of Record to help members promote industry growth through education and awareness. In addition to helping support the Institutes’ PR initiatives and upcoming inaugural Automation Innovation Conference 2014 later this month in NYC, PenVine will offer PR and AR services to members, helping RPA providers educate business leaders across vertical industries about RPA, its benefits and its impact on business.

We feel Robotic Process Automation presents a unique and positive shift in how Enterprises derive greater efficiencies and improved IT processes to stay competitive and are thrilled that the IRPA has taken the initiative to gather the brightest minds and leading players in the RPA industry to create a knowledge forum about this disruptive technology.
